for the DOHC ZC motor i wanted to know what is iterswapable with the motor. for example you go a d15 and put a d16 head on. you get what i'm saying? like all b series parts are universal to each other in the b code and all d series part and universal to any d coded motor? Hope i didn't loose you

Well really the Zc kind of has the desirable parts in it already, such as the highest stock domed D series pistons. It also has the DOHC head, which is actually unique to the ZC and 86-89 Integra D16A1 USDM engines. You cannot interchange the DOHC and SOHC D-Series heads without major modifications, and it still doesn't work so well.

If you're looking to upgrade the DOHC ZC then I'd look into aftermarket cams from Exospeed and whatnot.

I think you've got that backwards. You meant to say "you can't out a DOHC head on a SOHC block" right?

The Zc is basicly a D-series motor can use almost all d-series parts like headers and stuff like that you can also use pistons and rods and stuff, on mine im using d-series pistons and rods for my turbo setup when i do it
