Default '94 accord auto. no power\noisey engine etc HELP!!

I have a '94 accord ex canadian lx american if that makes sence?! haha
its a automatic, non v-tec... with no power at all... i know its only a 4 cyl. but it should have more power then what it has?! i went on the highway the other day and decided to kick her down to see what she had, i could only get it doing 130kms, about 80mph around there... i find the engine is really noisey and it sounds like a diesel engine?! can someone please help me?!

recently i installed a intake on the car!!...

thanks

What sort of noises is it making?

could be a problem with your exhaust manifold.

I had a big crack in mine and the car was running like ****, also sounded like a truck.

take the cover off and check for visible cracks or holes, and listen to the engine up close. where is the noise coming from?

its a weird a noise, the engine just sounds loud to me, it sounds like a turbo diesel!! haha
it shouldn't be my exhaust manifold i just had all of that stuff replaced pipe and all cause my car was sounding like a monster truck... haha
maybe i'll look into a tune-up, thats always good to do anyways and i also don't know when it last been done.

also i forgot to mention earlier, my car like revs out and won't shift... im on the highway and i go to pass a car, kick it down to pass and the car down shifts or whatever and it like revs to 5 or 6rpms and it won't shift unless i let off the gas and then kick it back down, its weird... but another then that its a great car, i love it, i just hope i can fix these problems!!
but thanks for all the help, i'll see about getting a good tune up real soon!!

also just another quick question. what do you guys recemmond for a good decent not too crazy in price tune-up?! cause i'm sure theres probbaly different kinds?
and i'm new to the honda world so i'm not sure what should be done besides like plugs and wires and all that good stuff!! haha

the car is a '94 accord automatic non v-tec 2.2L, the tranny fluid has been all drained and replaced about a 3 month's ago so i shouldn't have to worry about getting that done again?! also the A/C coolent was replaced, and i just had a oil change about 3 weeks ago!!

thanks

Change the spark plugs, fuel filter, maybe the air filter though you did you see had an intake. I would consider doing a tranny flush as it will do a lot more than a simple drain and fill.
