code 20 and 7 idle at 3k WTF? anyone?
Did you do a dpfi-mpfi swap?
When I put my motor in, it was idling at 3k too, and I remember throwing a code 7. Try fixing that and seeing if it goes down.

code 20 is the ELD ive heard of problems with this. look on http://www.PGMFI.org it might help u out
ELD is usually a ground, or if you had a b16a obdo before you prolly removed the pin from the eld location on the ecu. The obd0 pr3/pwo uses the eld location for the vtec sol I believe(dosent look for the eld on pwo/pr3 ecu), or it was the knock sensor, I forgot....
