RHD conversions?

few questions on it if anyone knows...

1 is it legal?
2 what is an estimated cost?
3 is it worth it?

1. yes, it is legal
2. A lot, probally upwards of 5 grand in labor
3. I don't think so. Cheaper to import from Japan
