Default ECU code 80

Wussup folks. Havent been on this site for a long time! My sister in law's accord is throwing a code 80: Exhaust Gas Recirculation
Insufficient Flow Detected.
Does that mean the cat is clogged? Thanks in advance
Peace & Blessings

No the CAT doesn't have anything to do with the EGR system.
If you want to tell some more info about the car, you might get some more help.
