ok 3 things

1) why pull it all for that?? everything is accessable from the top with ease
2) the tranny can come out with it or not
3) it will be even more work to leave the tranny in the car while you pull the engine

So why do you have to take the motor out? You can do all that you mentioned above without having to drop the motor. If you do drop it drop the both the engine and the tranny. As you will have to wrestle the tranny back in to place. Good luck on the repairs/mods.

P.S. Have a buddy on hand.

I kinda wanted to pull it so i could kill two birds with one stone...do the clutch and the camshaft and other stuff at the same time, but i didnt want to really have to take the axles off and the other stuff if i could just unbolt the trans from the enigne ..I dont have many days free and i figured i do it all at once it will save me time..

that sounds like a bitch, the axles arent that hard to pop out. its gona be hard to line everything up when you drop the motor back in.

Yeah you might want to drop both of them as I've tried to do it the forementioned method you described and I had the toughest time trying to bench press it up in to the engine bay and then aligning it to the long block.

LMAO you like to make **** harder then it really is?

Just pull the tranny to do the clutch and do the cam with the engine inside the car.

Quick tip do the clutch first, and test drive the car and then the cam (or vise versa), so that you don't run into the problem with your car ******* up and you don't know what's doing it.
