I currently building my 94GSR All Motor......My question is will the stock fuel injectors and fuel pump be enough for my set up?

Here are my mods,

Comp Cams stage2 cams
Comp cams dual valve springs
Ported and polished head with 3 angle valve job
Big bore TB 65mm
ITR Pistons
Mugen 2 layer head gasket
Skunk2 manifold
Skunk2 cam gears
AEM 3" cai
DC Sports JDM 4-1 header 2 1/2 collector
Test pipe
Apex1 cat back
B&M FPR
Fields vtec controller
P28 ecu with skunk2 chip and kenjis all motor program "will try both on the dyno" on 93 octane.
Crane hi6 ign box and coil
MSD 8MM wires

Should be ok. But 100 bucks of dyno time with a wide ban o2 is the only way to tell if your mix is ok.
