I have a 90 integra and a 96 gsr. I'm putting the V-tech in the 90 integra but whats the best for the 96? I want something different.

somehting differnt go h22, or swap the b18a into thr gsr and boost the **** out of it.

Ask dumb questions, get dumb answers. First and foremost, it is VTEC, second, what do u plan to do with the car? K series would be the shizzle, a few bolt ons, some toda cams and valve train, you could throw 250 to the wheels no problem. If you want to get real series, get a dart b18 block and build it for boost. What's ure budget?

 

No one's ever done a VQ30 swap as far as I know...

Why put the B18C1 engine into the 90 teg and get a new engine for the 96? Wouldn't it be easier to (in theory) leave the 96 alone and put something into the 90?

Sell the 96 shell and make a down payment on a house. Just a thought.

Just dont put a motor in it will save on weight

 

rebuild the bottom end and slap on a b16 head w/ some headwork and a decent set of cams, youll have yourself a hype-r motor.
