i'm lookin at buying a 92 SI hatch with new suspension, exhaust, windshield, suspension bushings, clean title, new hood and front bumper (unpainted). the dude wants 3100 for it, but 2950 without a stereo. is this a good price to pay for a SI hatch with a clean interior and pretty clean exterior?

PS car was in accident, but a minor one that wasnt reported to insurance, so thats why it has a new hood and bumper, but still a clean title.
