Camlock, 4 point, Red - its got a fitting for a 5th point (sub belt) in the camlock so adding that would be a really easy. Looking to get $150 for the harness - comes with (red) shoulder pads, all is in perfect shape. Looks like this:

Edit: Works great for an autocrosser who does not have a roll bar installed - mounts to the existing seat hardware in the car, bolt in installation.

Racer Wholesale has Sabelt 5 pt camlocks on sale for $109 until they're gone.

 

This is tru, but this harness was designed to bolt in to stock seatbelt hardware... the sabelt harness needs to be attached with a roll bar and mounting plates for the eye hooks. The one i've got would be great for auto-X (what i used it for).
