Default Laptimer transmitter when raining -- put away or cover in plasitc?

What do you do with your hotlap/ultralap transmitter when it's raining (or threatening to rain)?

Turn it off and put it away, or cover it in plastic? Any tips?

thx

I have never covered our Hot Lap transmitter. It has seen its fair share of foul weather and never missed a beat. Just make sure it sealed decently.
