SKunk2 coilovers...sounds nice, but are there any catches?
Just got my '95 civic EX a week ago and already want to lower it within 2 inches. Besides just ordering the coilovers, what else would I need to do/buy when I get em? thnx...any info would help me out

skunk2 coilovers are very stiff and you will bounce all over the place. they will kill OEM shocks. they need atleast tokico illumina. and if ya dont know the general rule is: koni yellow>tokico illumina>kyb agx>tokico HP(blues)>kyb GR2>OEM
coilovers cool, but buying the full coilovers is the best money to spend. Omni
Skunk pro alright, kyb not good, tokico blue alright, tein basic good only for the turn but street wise to bouncy, the more you pay for it , the more options you get and could adjust to you riding. All this been throught it, and for good price Omni.

i would definately go with the omni's, i dont have them but have been in several cars with them and they seem like the best bang for you buck and its the complete coilover.

i have no clue what you just said.....
anyway..do you mean the Skunk sleeves or the full coilovers?if you mean the sleeves,i'd go with Ground Controls and good shocks over the Skunks.
if you mean the full coilovers,i'd still go with GCs and good,adjustable struts.that is,unless you really want to spend some money on a set of good full coilovers,but unless you do a lot of track driving (and are actually fast)it's a waste.
just depends on what you want-lowering springs could be better for you if you want a smooth ride and good look.
a camber kit will not be necesary.after you get your car at the height you want,get the toe set at an alignment shop and you won't have any tire wear issues.
your car will not ride bouncy unless you put a stiff spring on your stock shocks,or ride around on the bumpstops like a retard.keep a reasonable amount of travel,and get some good shocks and the car will ride fine.
