88 CRX SI Valve Adjustment specs?

Like the topic says Im looking for the valve adjustment specs for my 88 CRX SI? Anyone?

Check the big sticker on the underside of the hood. Mine says intake .20 and exhaust .25

Helms says: intake (.17 - .22) exhaust: (.22 - .27)

10 lb-ft for the lock nuts on the valves, 7 lb-ft for the vavle cover nuts
