if its got any type powered options like windows or locks,
make sure all the features work. check the lights, front/back signals and see if the dash lights up
make sure the car doesnt hesitate or make funny noises when under load/acceleration
you should be fine...good luck

Drive up to about 30pmh and then slam on the brakes....pay attention to whether it leans or turns to one side while stopping

If you can, buy a compression tester, it's a pressure gauge with a tube at the end - you just take out the spark plugs and test it right there. look on c-speedracing.com for a tutorial if you don't know how to do it. The numbers should come out between 130-150 across the board, with less than 10% difference between cylinders.

Look at all of the seams where paint meets rubber for overspray. Look for drips on the paint, orange peel, other discoloration to see if it's been in an accident. Also, make sure it has the hood stickers, door jamb stickers, and the VIN numbers match between the dash, door jamb, and the firewall. There are no VIN stamps on the motor on that year integra.

As far as mechanically, look under the car at the CV boots and tie rod ends, see if the bushings are worn or if there are cracks in the CV boot. Listen for clicking when you turn (indicator of torn cv boot). Check to see if the oil pan is dented, that all of the underbody plastic pieces are intact, including the wheelwell splash guards. Look under the hood, make sure there are no leaks from the power steering hoses (driver's side towards the front), the valve cover gasket, and cam seal. Check all fluid levels, oil, coolant, brake, ps.

When accelerating, listen for clicking/clacking from the valves (needs valve adjustment), or squeaking or clicking from hood - could be loose belts or clutch bearings. Also, check the idle, it should be at around 500-700 rpm, and should be fairly steady.

Of course, make sure all electrical works, vents, a/c, heat, radio, etc.

When braking, see if there is pulsating from higher speed braking (indicates uneven pad material deposits), or if it pulls to one side - which could be an alignment problem or a frozen caliper. Listen for grinding or clicking when braking.
