one day tranny is fine next day pops out of gear help
read title i have new clutch with prolly only 4 k on it
well it first started off poping out of first gear.. then later on i tried to shift all u hear is my gears grinding nasty sound then later second gear is also gone my second gear is worse it goes into gear once in a blue moon what could my problem be ???

It is likely to be your synchronizers... you will have to replace the synchros or the whole tranny - whichever is more practical for your budget.
Did you make sure to re-adjust the clutch pedal after initial installation (the push-rod from the pedal into the M.C.)? Have you tried it again, just to be sure? The rod should have a small amount of wiggle to it.
Also make sure your fluid level is correct - or that there is fluid in there at all.

that i dont remember doing at all, but the fluid levels are good can anyone explain that push rod thing to me?

Very simple - look up under your dash and locate the clutch pedal. You'll see a U-shaped metal piece (attached to the pedal) along with a rod that threads into it and a lock nut to keep it in place.
So first off - just look under, locate it and jiggle it - can you? If you can't, then just loosen the locknut (12mm), turn the rod to loosen it up, then tighten up the nut - just make sure there is some wiggle in there.
