*doh* on me..... ive done that a couple times recently and i wasnt sure untill i did a 0-60 run and what it was is my foot was a little to quick for my hand and i was letting it out right on the clutch..... just make sure your clutchalmost hits the floor before you shift

Sounds like your syncros are going, join the club...
Change tranny fluid, Honda MTF, and bleed your clutch, make sure your slave and master clutch cylinders are not leaking.
Is this does not work, don't **** your tranny so you can't resell the car, instead learn to double clutch.

I just did that once yesterday. It only happened for a second, and it was because I let the clutch out too fast. Will my tranny **** up if this only happened once? I hope not.

Mine's done i a couple times since I put the turbo on....I think 1st gear is too short. The gear difference between 1st and 2nd is huge too...I wouldn't mind a different 1st gear.

You can grind and stall clutch/tranny many many times before anything major will happen, but of course, every little bit counts...
