Default ITR (length) rods with LS block/crank

anybody seen success with this, basically another .025" higher than stock piston height in an LS block. seems that there would be some benefits/drawbacks but just curious seems like the extra .9mm on the rod could help. Im curious about this for use in an 84/89 setup to make about 11.5:1 as a street motor revving 8800-9000rpm.

Kind of expensive for .025".If I was to go with a custom rod I think I would go for the +.100" and a custom piston with a 1.000" comp, height.the ITR rod is too narrow to run on the LS crank. You would loose to much oil pressure with all that side clearance.

If you are going to use an LS crank, then use the LS rods as well.
