Default ATTN: those with 84.5 mm sleeves

I have a B18C1, I am serioulsy considering to sleeves my block..

I need help..if I stay with stock bore 81mm, easy, piston, rods and put everything back together..stock headgasket...

if I decided to go with bigger bore 84.5mm, piston, rods, now..

how much should I be looking at for enlarging the combustion chamber to match the bore ? and who can I trust to get it done ?
second, other than that anything else, I should watch out for ? Arturbo, suggested Cometic headgasket for 84.5mm....that part is solved, but I just wann acompare cost, if it's less than a few bucks here and there, I might as well go with a bigger bore...

I just need you guys's opinion...

I was quoted 150 by Portflow to enlarge the combustion chambers. This was with head work being done at the same time, so they might want more than that. Anyone can do it, really, just make sure they use a Serdi.

Aside from that, there are no hidden costs that I've encountered yet. My car still lies in pieces. As long as you're using a Cometic head gasket, you shouldn't run into any other problems - except traction
