What the heck is this on a ZC MOTOR? I believe it's on all honda's motor but what is it? TPS controL? ANd what wires goes there? I have a 3 wires and they are black, yellow, black. That goes into those 3 pins. But which wires go to which!?

well i'm not to sure what they are or what they do, but last night when i took my Si motor out of my car i un-hooked those plugs and i remember where they go,......
the sensor that has 2 plugs the Yellow wire goes on the top and the Black on the other and the sensor that has 1 plug the other black wire goes on it

 

The one with the two prongs is the temperature sensor for the block. I don't know about the other one.

temperature sensor? or oil pressure switch? i coulda sworn it was oil pressure, i could be wrong someone shed some light on us. the other is knock sensor.

 

i hope this didn't cause the motor to sound like it is.!!!

the single prong is the oil pressure i believe.. not 100%, but if you were to turbo your engine you would unhook that single prong one and set up your oil feed through it then re install it.. so i just always assumed it was oil pressure lol

the one w/ one nipple is the oil pressure switch.

 

what the heck is an exhaust leak!? The noise is coming from the MOTOR inside i believe! I was actually thinking it was bad valves or timing was wrong. But exhaust.!!!!! dunno.

where do you think the exhaust comes from? inside your engine. you can have an exhaust leak at the manifold right off the engine.

 

Check my bolts already, all bolts on the manifold and headers are bolted on!!!

the engine shakes aloT!!!!!!!

 

sounds like you may have the firing order messed up..


FIRING ORDER = 1-3-4-2

yup this could also be the problem but then again you would get some back fire wouldnt you?

 

2 nipple plug is fan switch (if u leave it unplgged, your fan wont turn on), single nipple is oil psi switch as japjunkie stated (its for the warning light on your gauge cluster).

 

The engine starts up okay but is it suppose to have a " PUFFING " noise from the engine/headers? at the same time the engine shakes also when it's puffing.
