Default First Gen b16 in a CRX

I am most likely going to make my b16 CRX all motor, after I/H/E the next thing is to raise compression, can you guys tell me what are good mods to raise compression/hp and how much they cost

First, switch your car to ODB1. Its easier to tune, more ECU options and you don't have to mess with the two O2s. I'm going to ODB1 with an Apexi Power FC EMS.

Take your block to an engine builder and have them hot tank, balance, bore and hone it. Throw in some oversized CTR pistons. Then get Buddy Club Spec III+ cams with ITR valvetrain. That along with your I/H/E will provide a very good performing NA car that is extremely RELIABLE (if tuned, watch the high compression on those CTR pistons).
