Are D series Dizzy internal interchangable? Rebuilding

Default Are D series Dizzy internal interchangable? Rebuilding

Hey guys,

I got a d16z6 thats needs a working Dizzy. I have a Z6 dizzy that doesnt work and like 3 others that work 89SI, 92CX, an A OBD2 i think integra dizzy not sure was told it was a Z6 dizzy but doesnt line up right. So can i use parts off the other dizzy to rebuild the Z6 dizzy?

the advance and coil will all plug/screw right in .... i know that for a fact, if that is the only problems you are having with your distributor that is *EDIT* as long as it's a OBD-I D series distributor (not sure about Bseries) then the internal parts hsould be interchangeable. (with the stock Z6 distributor that is)

from my past experience...

Dseries OBD2 is not interchangeable with OBD1
