I just installed my Exedy organic racing clutch with the supplied throw-out bearing.The problem is when I push the clutch in all the way to the floor I hear this sound like one piece of metal is spinning against another piece of metal.If I let the clutch up about an inch the sound goes away.The clutch ingages/disengages fine it just has that nasty sound.So does this sound like maybe something needs to be adjusted or does it sound like something was installed incorrectly?

 

The clutch is pushing the pressure plate in to far so its rubbing on the inside. Know issue of the exedy clutch. To fix it there is a screw that limits the depth of the clutch pedel. Simple screw it out some.
