Anyone need to clean their garage out??
I'll take some d-series parts off your hands (even give you money for them!) to help you out. trying to finish the upgrades for the STS beast and have run into a few snags. i don't have enough parts. the short list of things i need:
stock oil pan
stock fuel rail - found! <- spoke too soon, still looking for this one
stock catalytic converter
if you have an extra, complete motor that you want to get out of your way i'm looking for one of those too. this is for a 93 civic with a d16z6 motor in it. the MAJOR thing i need right now though is the oil pan!
thanks for your time!

I've got 2 stock oil pans from a D16A6 (if they're the same). Send me an e-mail at electricbrew@hotmail.com if you're interested. I also have a cat, but not sure if the exhaust layout is the same.
Edit: Come to think of it, I also have a couple extra intake manifolds with stock fuel rails on them for the A6. I just don't know how many of these parts are common between the D-series motors.

i'm not sure what is interchangable between the a6 and the z6. i'd prefer a z6 pan and fuel rail just to be on the safe side. i do compete nationally with this car so legality is a big concern.

not to thread jack but does anyone have a thermo housing for a z6? Actually, not the thermo housing but the housing that attaches to the water tube that's bolted to the block. The thermo housing actually bolts to this "housing" that I'm looking for. You still need an oil pan nate? I might have one.

I shot a rod threw my Y7 block. I am going to be taking it apart this weekend, everything thing but the block should be fine...

back to looking for a fuel rail too. anyone ever hear of 2 thread pitches on the fitting for the rubber fuel line to the fuel rail? Everything I've got (from other motors) is all a fine pitch. The rail I just got from sean has a course thread pitch.
if i can find the "nut" (it's not really a nut, some sort of pressure valve or something) that holds the fuel line to the rail but with a course thread pitch that would help too i guess.
nate - slightly befuddled
