Default No power/spark to Motor.

Hey, I just finish doing a engine swap. When i stuck the key in the first time, the cluster lights came on. There was power! But the car didn't even start up even when the clutch is done. So i went back and reconfigurate the battery wires (+,-) and now there's no power at all. I hook it to a different battery and still no power?

This is my first swap. So you know that feeling when your about to start it up for the first time hoping it works? I got that feeling but the opposite.!!

What should i check next?

Well.... does the main relay click?

Check to see if the starter is good?

Blown fuses?

On the right hand side of the engine, the fuse box. My positive wires is hooked up to crapload of bolts on the tranny. About 3 bolts. Why so many?

The red terminal goes to the positive side of the battery,
The wire coming off of it goes to the very first terminal inside the underhood fuseblock..

I got power now, and the engine actually wanna start but it doesn't start all the way. what's next to troubleshoot!? Could it be the si dizzy? Alternator? Anything will point me in the direction of finding out what's wrong.! It has full gas, all gas lines are plugged. What could be wrong!.

It has been: 6 days 12 hours 42 mins counting on my first swap.
