I have Crower stage 2's with non stock idle lobes and find they give good gains in midrange and top end. I have upgraded springs and retainers and they are tuned with adjustable cam gears and a VAFC but you need some sort of engine management to get the best out of them like AEM or Hondata.
I was told that for the for Skunk stage 2's you need to upgrade the valves as well because the ramps are so aggressive. Can't confirm this from experience, it's just what I was advised from a mechanic who knows his stuff when it comes to Hondas.

I'm still trying to figure if I get these or the OBX stage II's with springs/retainers.
Kteller sells a package deal where you get the RM regrinds and their springs/retainers for $535 plus the $50 core charge for your old cams.
The OBX are $355 shipped all over EBay, and then some decent springs/retainers are around $300-$350 shipped. So the RM cams are more cost effective.
The positive for the OBX's is they are Skunk 2 knock-offs (some are saying they are direct copies produced by the same manufacturer in China/Taiwan), so you know what type of gains to expect, but there is still a quality question even though people have been having good success with them. Stage II requires upgraded valvetrain, Stage I does not.
The positive for the RM's is cost, they are stock cores just reground to a decent spec (240 duration @ 0.050 with 11.5 lift), and seem to produce better more usable power than even the Type S cams from Honda. And you don't necessarily have to upgrade the valvetrain.
I'm leaning towards the RM right for the price and known Honda cores. Plus until I get the SMSP or Hytech header, I would not be doing myself any favors with hotter cams and a crappy DC knock-off header.
Long-term will be one of those headers, and Jun cams with Type S pistons and some head work.
