Default Quality coilovers that will give decent ride comfort

What company makes a coilover kit that will give decent ride comfort? Right now I bought a coilover kit off of ebay and the springs are stiff as hell. I would like to know what I can buy that will give me a more of a comfortable ride but not be too stiff????

Tein or omnipower would be good but you'll pay the price.

Spring rates. They are measured in units of force per length. The definition of stiffness is the amount of force required to displace a body a certain distance. Divide the force by the displacement and that is your stiffness.

For example: a 450 lb/in spring requires 450 lb to displace the spring 1 inch.

Another thing you can with coilovers is use 89 accord struts because they bolt in and are shorter than the our Civics/CRXs, that way it utilizies the stroke instead of already having a compress stroke out of our stock ones

So what would you say the spring rate is for a stock spring?
