I got one, it's not to bad. The only problem I had was the tension bars for the trunk to pop open were just way to strong, I had to cut them out. It sucks now that it doesn't pop but o'well. If I knew how to post pics.......

Check out: speedoptions.com, go on the left hand side and go to member profiles/ rides, type in 1997, select prelude. I'm the second from the top.

How's it going with the boost project? I'm in the middle of trying to do it myself.

i think that 550's max out around 300whp.......you may need to up them if you want 400whp. if i were you i'd go with 720's or 800's.

you just need to get obd1 injector clips, and if you get high impedence injectors then you'll also need a resistor box. Have something to tune them as well........at least a V-AFC.

Compression, I'm getting some 450's off a friends eclipse what else? I'm happy with my trunk, the weaves not to bad, but the stupid manuf. put their logo into the clear coat, plus it got damaged in shipping all in all with the hood and trunk, not to mention all the stuff out of the trunk, I lost about 90lbs give or take.

I'm trying to think, somewhere in the ballpark of 8-11lbs maybe at the most. I bought it used off a guy on HT, paid $350 for it.

I have a VIS Carbon F hood... I think its been on the car for 2 years, ive got a chipped corner on the left top. And the hood lost its protective UV Coating.. so im in progress of buffing and Clear coating the bitch.

If anyone knows a better way to restore carbon fiber please PM me. Because the only thing i see that i can do is get er ready for clear coat.

i think we did the calculations on RCeng.com, at 85% duty i think they max out at 355 whp if i remember correctly, and if you raise fuel pressure 10psi, they max out at about 410.. .either way im getting 800s in the upcoming months
