Default knock from right rear wheel

I own a 1988 honda civic hatchback
for a while now, ive been getting a pretty loud knocking, just from the right rear wheel, every little bump i hit, it knocks.. I put brand new springs and shocks on, thinking it could have been bad shocks, but still the exact same noise.
I'm running out of ideas, what else can I check back there that might be making the noise?
thanks a lot

Rear sway bar maybe rattling or knocking around under compression.

I did go under there and look.. and i checked all the bolts everything is tight.. i grabbed the lca and tried shaking it, no noise.. and i can bounce the car in the back and it doesnt make any noise either.. so trust me, i have looked.. many times.. i just cant seem to find the problem

that is a possibility.. i actually tried that tho.. at first.. i could take the exhaust, and if i shook it enough.. it would infact bang against the bottom of the car.. although i changed the hanger on it.. and now it takes A LOT of force to get it even close to hitting the car.. although i guess its still a possibility. I'll check that out tomorrow when im under there
