Are B20 and LS blocks Identical (besides the bore)

Are B20 and LS blocks Identical (besides the bore)
My question is exactly that. Are the b20 blocks(out of the crv) the same as the LS blocks(b18b or b18a)? I bought an LS block and now im thinking I might just want to bore it to a 84mm. What do you guys think?
