Default Help with Oil pressure gauge install

I just bought an electric auto meter oil pressure gauge... Not to sure where to screw in the sender... the instructions that came with the gauge is very vague and I want to get a good reading... Anyone already have on hooked up

Well what i have does not look like any of that... I don't have to run any lines... I would post pics but i can never seem to get them to come up... Its a electric gauge not mechanical

you need a 1/8 bspt to npt adapter; 1/8 line into a distribution block and put your senser there.

I know yours is electric, otherwise you wouldn't have a sending unit. The point of running lines is to mount the sender somewhere other than directly off the block. When mounted to the block the senders tend to snap off. Do a search and you will see that other people recommend remotely mounting it as well.

mmuller is right about the npt to bspt adaptor. You can find them on the McMaster Carr (http://www.mcmaster.com) website.
