New Honda/Integra Radius Rod Bushing Released
Folks:
I have finally finished the redesign of the front radius rod bushings that fit the Civic and Intrgra that uses the 12mm radius rod and rubber bushing. My original design was an improvement over the others available with better fitment and stronger plating.
The new design allows you to make the caster adjustments without taking the rod off of the car or using shims or spacers.
The price has gone up a little due to the machine costs and the different bearing, but the amount of time saved will be well worth it.
The first few sets have come back from the plating shop and will be shipping out by third week of Feb.
Please check them out and you can order them, or make comments if you please.

The set is $150 and if you want new radius rods they are $80 a pair (factory stock) and are only needed if yours are bent or damaged.
There is a link on my website to describe them and a few more pictures.
Thanks for the interest.

There is a secondary spacer (it's not in the picture they went to the plater before I could get it) that can be modified to reposition the bearing anywhere along the shaft to relocate the "centerline" of the bearing. This effectivly gives you infinite adjustment.
Unfortunatly the unit has to be sold as a complete unit since the bearing is not the same size as the older version or the competition. If you had purchased the older bearings from me, I will apply a good customer discount based on purchase history.
I will post new updated pictures as soon as I can, I just wanted to get this going since most of you are starting to do setups.

Hello Tom,
Is the bolt pattern for the bearing housing the same as the old units? If I can help it I'd like to not be drilling new holes in my crossmember flange. Thanks!
