Default is this a good flywheel ?

I found this on ebay, 100$ looks decent, I did'nt realised thge stock one is like 30 pounds !

what do you guy think ?

this will be going on my new D16Z6 that I'm getting, rebuilt D16A6 bottom with a rebuilt D16Z6 head with a tranny with 700KM on it.

how bout u provide us with a link or something. and since u rebuilt the block and head.. u might as well rebuild your 700k mile tranny.

you get what you pay for man.. that thing doesn't look too strong. Check out the Exedy Chromaly flywheels, lightweight, strong, and only 230 bucks.

Looks can be deceving. and damn all that money for a rebuild? You know you can get a complete SOHC for like what, $300 bucks.

What exactly is the point you are trying to make? Many of the best aftermarket Honda/Acura flywheels currently available are made in the USA.

Poorly manufactured "ricey" products are definitely not exclusive to US manufacturers, and I certainly wouldn't say that most after-market products from US companies are "crap".

Fidanza, Clutch Masters, Comptech, ST Corsa, SMSP, Cobalt Friction, Wilwood, Autopower, Hondata, and many others all offer high-quality products, and a number of them are actually at the top of the field.

Fair enough. It just seems that there are too many members who feel that if a product isn't made in Japan (or marketed by a JDM company), then it's somehow inferior. In reality, there are often US products that perform as well as or better , frequently at a lower cost.

I bought all the peice seperatly, I actually ended up paying 450$ cnd total
