Things are getting crazy up here....people are talking. You can feel it in the air. Something inhuman is taking form, something remarkable. Out of the wet, foggy city that is Seattle comes Rain City Racing and Project Frakenstien.

What you say? What is Rain City Racing? What is Project Frankenstien?

The few, the proud, the downright crazy? Yes, it very well could be "crazy" to go for the overall win at the longest endurance road race in the world.....in a CRX.

It can be done. If it's built right and broken in properly it should be just fine. We have all the proper technology and talent to tune it appropriately. We will also have a spare engine at the track (of course) if it is needed. I'm sure we can change an engine in 30-40 minutes and have the car ready to go again.

There will be visually documented write-ups on the specific installs. We will have write up's and "how-to's" for the Brakes, Fuel cell, Roll Cage, and driver adj. sway bars/brake bias's.

We will be documenting the build and the team. We hope everyone here will find a place in their heart and a little time in their day to root for the underdogs.

defently can be done, but it will be a challange

 

I don't want to give too much away. This has just gotten off the ground. What I can say is that the "production" of it going to be great once IT gets started.

We are also going to have Multiple bullet cameras on it and take video from several different angles and we are also going to take footage of the build and the event from an in-car and behind-the-scenes point of view. We are going to make a killer Music Video I'm sure. Perhaps some of you have seen JohnG's or my Music Videos.

We might also put together a 1 hour Movie. We are also looking at stickers and T-shirts but those won't be for awhile and variety will be limited until final paint scheme is done and we can incoporate images of the completed car.

Something remarkable indeed. Team meeting #1 went well with lots of ideas and thoughts put on paper. There's a lot to do, and building the car is the easy part.

John, who two IV bottles and some good drugs later, is starting to fell a little bit better.
