Default IAC plug?

Ok, I just put in a first gen b16 into an 88 crx si... Im thowing a code 6 and 14, but this post is more about the 14. I know where the unit is, but it seems to be unplugged... would there be a connection for this device on the si harness? also, the black piece that the plug is on that fits into the metal cylinder looking thing- how do u get that off? Im assuming that that is what people are talking about when they tell you to clean the IAC Valve. Thanks alot guys
Tim
O, btw, if it matters, its a PR3 ECU

To clean the iacv just remove it from the intake manifold and clean the screen with intake manifold cleaner. Do not try to disasseble the iacv.
