BBK Throttle Body ?'s
So I have an OBD-0 DOHC ZC in my civic, and I swapped in an OBD-1 IM and put on a BBK TB. I got everything in and running, but my idle is high, hovers around 1500 rpm, and it's really driving me nuts. I've messed around with my vacuum hoses some and it doesn't seem to help any. The EACV is a new one, so I don't think that is the problem.
Does anybody have any experience with this situation? Or should I just forget about the whole thing and put the old stuff back on? The car definitely has more high end power, it pulls really hard after about 4k, so I'd hate to give up that extra power. But driving around town gets really old at every damn stop light.

Yeah, the BBK TB came with all new gaskets, so those are all fine. I'm pretty sure that there isn't any leaks, but I will make sure that eveything is tight and all that. Could the idle bypass hole inside the TB be too big or something maybe? But I can't imagine BBK engineered it that shitally.
It does have an adjustment screw, but it's just the kind that moves the butterfly, not the normal screw in the TB itself.

I got a PG7 ECU to put in the car, it runs really strong with this ECU, I love it. But it keeps throwing a code 9. It's really weird because my PR4 doesn't throw any codes at all and it runs perfectly smooth. But as soon as I throw in the PG7, CEL 9, and it runs a little rough. I'm just not getting why it won't run smooth, shouldn't this ECU (the PG7) be plug and play?
Also, for the fast idle, should I try another EACV and see if that helps things out any? The one I'm running now is new to me, but I guess it could be bad, even though I'm not getting any codes for the EACV.
