Any1 have a 99-00 Civic Si(blk) Stolen in Bay Area SF recently?

Just like the title says...spotted a Blk Civic Si w/ black slipstreams and tanabe exhaust parked in a corner near my house ( about 5 blocks away)...if so please PM me!!

What makes you think it's stolen?

i know the area pretty well...plus its got 2 flat tires..which makes me think its been there a while...but dont wanna jump to conclusions yet
