civic wheel offset with ITR 5 lug

Was wondering what the ideal wheel offset would be on a 96 civic with ITR 5 lug suspension. The wheels Im looking at offer 40, 45, and 48. Wheels are 16x7 and tire size is 215/45/16.

i would go with a 45 offset
