i need camber kits for my girlfriends 00 accord, any suggestions for cheap ones, that will function fine?

Ingles always has really good chamber adjustment parts. But you'll pay for it. If your looking cheaper then you may want to try http://www.mmra.com
There prices aren't to bad. on camber kits and they carry a couple of different kinds.

How low is the Accord? Less than 2" of drop and a kit is not "absolutely necessary"

Minnesota Motorcycle Riders Association? I think you typed the wrong site... The car actually isn't lowered yet, she has GC "coilovers", but i want her to do it right, on a budget of course... thanks

anything from ingalls, eibach would be suitable

i wouldn't trust some knock off company like r1, obx, you name it

You can find some for under $200 but none that will last. You're looking at 3-400 for the full set (front and rear)
