A/F Ratios
When you guys are dyno tuning, what kind of A/F ratios are you shooting for? I'm used to tuning DSM's, so we usually shoot for around 12.5:1 - or around 0.90V on the Jumptronix. So, on a naturally-aspirated Honda/Acura, do you shoot for around 14.0:1 - around 0.75V or even leaner?
Also, are you guys dynoing in third or fourth gear?
Thanks a lot!

On turbo cars I use the air fuel ratio to keep things safe and rich.
With NA cars it doesnt really matter too much as long as its not dead lean.
I jsut do what makes more power. if a motor likes it a little rich/lean then
so be it.

So on a NA B16 is 13.5-14.0 to lean?? I have been told 12.5-13.0 is what a person should shoot for but I'm around 14.0-14.7 most of the time. Yoshio at in Toronto tuned my car but I'm wondering if he leaned things out too much.
Here is my friend's B20VTEC after we tuned the A/F Ratio. We could not make it any richer at 6000 for some reason. He is using a Skunk2 chip
