Those numbers are fine..
the following is for D16a6>
nominal=185 minimum=135 maximum variance between cylinders=28 psi
(I have see dirt-bikes run half-*** with around 90 psi)
But for a proper compression test make sure:
1.Engine is at operating temperature ie:warmed up..
2.Remove all four spark plugs when testing..
Believe it or not,crank-case pressure created
from removing only one plug at a time can effect the test..
