Default replacing drive belt on 03 accord

Hopefully this is the right place to post. I am having alot of difficulty replacing my drive belt (alt, ps, ac, serpentine).

03 Maintenance Manual says to loosen the tensioner by turning the bolt CW. Well, with a fairly long wrench, I can only barely move the bolt about 10 degress CW, which yeilds a very tiny release of the tensioner, still no where near enough to get the belt off.

Am I missing something? I dont want to put to much pressuire on the bolt because I dont know if it is supposed to move and loosen up or if it just gives a little as you lean on it. Thing feels like its about to break if I push anymore.

Any tips would be great.

get a wrench and pry it against the tensioner it should loosen up and give you enough slack to take the belt off
