Default need exorcist for car..i'm tired of this problem...it is now running rich

ok so i've had this for a while but never really bothered to pay attention until it was time to smog my vehicle..BIIIG MISTAKE!!!! i took my car to a friends smog shop and with a fuel injector dissconnected it was running at over 10% which is the most his computer will read. needless to say it wont pass even when trying to do this at a spicy smog shop..here's a link to my previous problems https://honda-tech.com/zero...36618
i haven't checked my fuel pressure except for the fact that the smog guy said it was over 10% with 1 injector dissconnected..as far as i'm aware my 02 sensor is fine ...could a bad/clogged fuel filter cause this ....need help por favor
-i have a d16z6 motor
-short ram intake
-ngk spark plugs and wires
other than that i believe everything is stock
i have a d16z6 engine harness but the firewall harness is d15 and i ran 2 wires to the shock tower connection a4 to solenoid d6 to oil pressure switch i have a p28 ecu..could the ecu be bad i didn't open it to check if it was good or bad i just assumed it was fine since the guy who sold it to me guaranteed it...i have a mean headache right now so i'll come back and try to post more on it i can't think. any help is appreciated
