Default attn: 2.0L All motor Type R's

I was just wondering what pistons you guys are using in your setups?

I'm wondering because i can't find any ITR CP's in 84.5mm bore

ooh ok, i'm using the stock 87mm crank, thats why i'm asking no one makes a itr piston in 84.5mm, only GSR's with wierd compression numbers

i was aiming around for 12.5-12.7, but i'll settle for something around 12.0-12.5.

i think i'll be going with the Arias 84.5mm 11.9cr GSR pistons. with those pistons i should be at 12.1 or something with my milled head

I am running a 2L in my JDM Type R. But it has a B20B short block mated to an ITR head.. Probably not the info you are looking for.

ya... i was running endyn rollerwaves until a rod snapped... now using cp's w/ a jdm crank and im pretty sure stock stroke.. ill find out some more particulars... you prolly want to leave the stock stroke if you are using it as a daily driver.... the current set up netted 232 whp and 163ftlbs of torque

I'm running a b20z2 block with ITR crank and ITR rods....pretty close though

Yeah, thats what i'm doing right now, itr crank, itr sized rods. But going with B20/vtec CP pistons at 84.5mm gives me a lower cr than advertised

RLZ in Charlotte built my motor and called me a ***** for only going 85mm. They have built several 86mm daily driver n/a cars without any problems. I personally went 85mm.

With what stroke? Stock 87.2mm x 86mm gives you 2026cc

Use an LS crank and it bumps up to 2068cc

.....what Pondus said.

I'm surprised we don't have a "displacement calculator" available online like we do with the c/r calculator's available these days.....
