Well, yes, they should be spotless clean assuming your spark plug tube seals arent leaking. Also the tips should be anywhere from black/white/brown. Looks like you're running lean on one cylinder (the white one) correct?

it could have been the cylinder that was leaking coolant when i did my headgasket change, i am not sure, I just threw those dirty things in the trash. how do I replace the spark plug tube seals if they are in fact leaking??

To change the tube seals you have to pull the valve cover.

i figured that, it has to be more complex than that.

speaking of plugs... white means its running lean, correct? lean is when there is lack of oil?

my spark plugs are usually white...
but my car eats oil...
i go through about a quart of oil every week
there are no leaks so i know its not leaking out
when i start the car after its been sitting awhile, theres white exhaust... once the car is warmed up it goes away...
so if its running lean and not getting oil... yet i lose a quart a week... then where could my oil go?

Lean is when your air fuel ratio has too much air. More fuel = rich, too much air = lean.

yeah, it seemed to be a bit on the blacker side this time, my buudy just told me it might be the valve seals as to why the plugs are oily...any comments?

ahh... so it could be the fact that i have a cold air intake and thats it? its grabbing more air from the intake and less fuel? or my fuel pump needs replaced?

your ECU should be able to compensate for the extra intake in air and add fuel accordingly. its not like your boosting or anything. maybe you need a tune-up.

and those plug look pretty nasty. check your compression.

If your plugs are white that means your A/F ratio is off and your getting too much air. If your car eats oil it may be a sign that you have failing valve seals...or bent valves, or your piston rings are going. Best bet is to do a leakdown test. White exhaust is better than other color exhaust. Lean means not enough fuel. If you wanna try a quick fix...reset your ECU.
