Front lip: Double sided tape and a couple of screws.

Tailights: Remove the trunk lining, remove some bolts, take out the tailights, put in tailights. That's about it.

The front lip and tailights are fairly easy tasks and you should be able to do them. The sidemarker requires some cutting and electrical work, and may be difficult for those not mechanically inclined.
