What comes next in the goal for speed?

What comes next in the goal for speed?
I have a 94 civic ex with headers, full exhaust, and an intake. My friend says I should put on an aem fuel rail and a fuel pressure regulator? Would this be a wise next step in my goal for 14's?

Those mods won't give you anymore power. If you're going for 14's on a budget, go with nitrous.
If you want to stay all motor you can start with a cam and a decent tune, but you will need more than that.

No. They won't do dick. Pull your interior, lose your AC, PS, cruise, etc. and spray a 55 shot.
