that depends on what are u going to use if for???? (drag, street or autocross)??????
drag I would go with a stage 3 sprung or even a stage 4 rigged puck and dual diaphragm, if you have high hp. as for the street I would go with a stage 2 single diaphragm. and as for auto cross I would run a multie disk stage 3 (one side is fiber disk and the other is ceramic puck) still has the grab but last twice as long.
