That doesn't matter. I failed my smog because of my i/h/e & cam gears. Cost me a pretty penny to get smog legal...

Ya right, with an AEM CAI and Kamikaze header he's running turbo

Does your header have the CARB EO# on it? If so, then the header will not keep you from passing.

i dont really thing you'll have a problem passing smog. Just find a place that wont care if you have any mods. i just had my car smogged a couple monthes ago, i have i/h/e, Gude head and cams in my car. all of my friends with i/h/e have also passed too.

No, you won't have a problem, as long as it's smog legal, you'll have perfect results. The only thing those smog checks actually check for is your catalytic converter. As long as you got one on, it's fine.

The reason he asked if your runing a S/C is because that's where that header really makes a improvement.
As far as smog, Unless you know of a shop that is willing to ignore the visual portion of the testing, you will fail the test. I don't know if that header is smog/CARB legal or not. If it isn't good luck.
If it is, you shouldn't have problems as long as everything is in good running order.
