Used one way back in the day for car stereo. THEY WORK!!! Tossed around the idea of running a dummy alt. and running one of these to (1) drop a little weight and (2) lighten up the drag on the motor. Or at least switch off the alt. during a run to get rid of the drag load. Just a thought.

I know someone who used one on a racecar setup and the car seemed to like it a lot more than the 12volt. Cranked faster and rquired very little to no chare between rounds. But like they said its no longer allowed in spfwd. Dont know about turbo 4 though.
