crank tdc on cx already searched

crank tdc on cx already searched
me and my friend were doing his timing belt on his 93 cx. we noticed that on the crank pully there was five notches instead of four there is a white-red-white then there is about 1/2 inch and there is 2 white notches. my question is which of the 2 white notches is tdc. they look like this III-----II. i had never seen this before.
